I am a 41 yr old mom of 2 beautiful girls. I have been living with Rhuematoid arthritis for 12 years. I have and am still on tons of medications! i have been on NSAIDS daily for 12 years! I want off! this is my journey into using food and postive thinking to gain indepenance from chemicals!

I lost 6.8 lbs this month making it past the 20lb mark! Yeah!
holy crap i love that pictuer that Grace added. what a fun way to see what you've accomplished! way to go on giving up 20 lbs!!! I hope you keep pushing through and lose even more this month!
