I am a 41 yr old mom of 2 beautiful girls. I have been living with Rhuematoid arthritis for 12 years. I have and am still on tons of medications! i have been on NSAIDS daily for 12 years! I want off! this is my journey into using food and postive thinking to gain indepenance from chemicals!

Keeping track
I had an awesome week last week ( well except for the clearance valentine candy!) but work out wise, i kicked butt! Monday did hour of spinning lifted weights for an hour, Tuesday ran 40 mins and did a body weight circuit, wed hour of spin and an hour and 15 of yoga, thursday: run 30 and lifted 1 hr, Fri: hour of spin and lifted, sat ran 3.2 and took the day off sun. NO JOINT pain. I am hoping it is from the yoga and lifting. But then i remembered the weather was good?? eating wise i did eat sugar, but no potatoes or tomatoes( high alkaline) So i am going to try and keep track weekly of what i ate, the weather and my workouts? maybe there is a correlation?? i really want to figure this out. what triggers my flares?? I also got a recommendation from a friend to read the Body ecology. I am gonna check it out! it cant hurt right?
