not much

Just checking in.  I need to blog, but i dont have much to report.  My hamstring is still icky , but i am getting my exercise in.  I need to drink more water and eat more leafy greens!  getting bored with salads need ideas!.

Make sandwhich wraps and put spinach in it. Also I put tons of veg in an egg white omlet and add some spinach at the very end.

i was getting bored with food too...i introduced donuts... i gained 7 lbs.... i wouldn't suggest that!!! how about turkey braughtworst (is that how you spell it???) you know like turkey sausage or soemthing... spice it up a little bit... just a thought!
