MONDAY: nordic track
TUESDAY: Run 4 miles
WEDNESDAY: nordic track
THURSDAY: yoga
FRIDAY: run 4 miles
SAT: nordic track
SUN: off
I needed to put this down so that it doesnt swim in my head for the next couple of days! this helps me plan out my day. I HAVE TO EXERCISE in the morning, but next week i have all kinds of stuff going on in the morning, Monday teeth cleaning, wednesday read with title kiddos, and OM in the afternoon so i need to fit it in between things thursday in the classroom. So i am going to work out in the afternoon.
