I am a 41 yr old mom of 2 beautiful girls. I have been living with Rhuematoid arthritis for 12 years. I have and am still on tons of medications! i have been on NSAIDS daily for 12 years! I want off! this is my journey into using food and postive thinking to gain indepenance from chemicals!

BMI is that like TMI???
Any way i have dropped below 40 in my BMI yeah i am at 38!!!!! haven't been there in awhile. I feel like the true me is coming out it might be slow but she is in there!
