my mama always told me

MY mom always said Kira " things happen for a reason"  It is soo true!  I was soo bummed that i pulled or strained or did something to my hamstring , making it painful to run or walk.  I thought WTF am i gonna do for exercise??  Well Duh Kira you use to be a swimmer!!!!! Get your butt back in the water!  Well after 2 days of wallowing i got back into the pool!  The water is where i belong!  Swam a mile the first day no sweat , yesterday did 88 laps or about 1.3 miles!  The water clears my head gives me my quite time!  I don't have my phone buzzing it is just aquatic peace.  My only dilemma now is on weekends what to do with the kids?  I think i will do yoga today , but tomorrow i might try and swim laps while they go to rec swim??? The summer is coming too what to do?? i like to get at least an hour in.  I am seriously thinking of joining the masters team too!  challenge i love it!!!!
