workout scedule for the week:)

Monday:  lifting, Biceps, triceps, chest and shoulders
Tuesday: run 5 mile
Wednesday: lift , lunges, step up good mornings, nordic track
Thursday run 3-4 mile
Friday : lift upper body run or nordic
Sat : run 3
Sun: lift lower body and 45 min of yoga
