running

Started twining for the half marathon in nov.  Managed to do 7 miles on tues without any pain!  It realy help to have a training partener1 my neighbor and i push each other.  We show up at the door ready to go.  My eating has really been suffering.  I need to sit back and reevaluate why i am eating at night again?? I need to make better choices.  I think i need to get back to writing everything down again!  myfitnesspal.com!

good for you! i'm supposed to be running a half in October and i'm SOOOOO not ready for it. BUT, that's fantastic that you went 7 with no pain. you'll be right on track if you keep it up!
