Suprise!

Weighed I at the gym totally expectig the worse.  Well I gained 8lbs of muscle,lost 7 lbs of fat ad lost almost 3% body fat.  My question is how do you do all that AND loose weight?   my cold is getting better too.  So another question? Balance how do we balance it all without loosing ourselves?

if you can find the answer to that question you will be a millionair! I think that trying to balance everything is so hard... i too struggle with it EVERY DAY! Sounds like you're doing great! Keep up the good work!
