I am a 41 yr old mom of 2 beautiful girls. I have been living with Rhuematoid arthritis for 12 years. I have and am still on tons of medications! i have been on NSAIDS daily for 12 years! I want off! this is my journey into using food and postive thinking to gain indepenance from chemicals!

Rack of lamb!
Yumm my first taste of lamb. Yummy but still can't get over what it was:(
