Xmas eve

Well managed to only eat maybe 2 cookies yesterday!Big deal for me, but woke up feeling bloated so i dont think i drank enough water! Must drink more water today! Now i just need to give away all these cookies today! Had oatmeal for breakfast with a packet of sweet n low. Coffee with sugar free creamer. I would like to at least get 3 miles in today. My hips feel better after a doing yoga yesterday. Maybe instead of joining 24 hr fitness i should just buy a punch card for yoga here in town??? It feels so good on my joints. Does Yoga count as strength training?? Ok jenn and Kari give me your wisdom?? what should i do in between running? My joints can only take 3 days of running a week, should i do yoga the other three??
